A good option for accommodation in the vicinity of Karon Beach, for those who love this type of activity. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but it's a little tiring to go back up the hill and in the heat if you don't like to walk for a long time. A large number of massage parlours, cafes and shops nearby.
Regarding the condo itself - 7 out of 10 - small, a little tired, only 4 sun loungers near the pool, occasionally a strong smell of sewage.
But there is its own parking under the barrier and a place for grilling on the lawn next to the building (there was a grill in the room), for those who are staying for a long time / with a group, it’s a cool option to organize a barbecue).
As for the accommodation itself, there is a large number of different equipment in the kitchen, including a sandwich maker and a shaker, there are enough utensils, very convenient if you plan to cook. Yes, the kitchen set and everything in general are not super-fresh)) But this is a common story in Thailand, so it didn’t bother me. A washing machine for a large number of kg was a big help. Bonus - a certain amount of electricity per day is included in the stay, even taking into account the fact that the air conditioner worked almost constantly, we didn’t pay a penny more.
Among the things that happened: the water heater was leaking under the sink in the bathroom, but everyone came and fixed it on the day of arrival. The toilet also periodically began to leak (water flowed inside without stopping), they turned off the tap on their own, but the smell of sewage immediately appeared. I think this is a problem with condos in general. Overall, life was not difficult.
There is one fairly spacious closet in the room, blackout curtains on the panoramic window, there was no extraneous noise that disturbed sleep, the air conditioner was almost industrial, large, and worked without difficulty (although it is a little noisy). Check-in from 15:00, for early check-in at 12:00 we paid an additional 500 baht, check-out at 11:00 (strange, usually at 12:00). The guy who helped with check-in and check-out was very pleasant and courteous.
In general, it’s quite an option for living on Karon) I think if you book in advance and for a +- long period, it can turn out to be quite profitable.
